Payment

Payment is generally by cash on the day of the tour.

Your booking will be confirmed once you have reviewed and agreed to the tour details, fee, and cancellation policy.

At the time of booking, we will ask for the representative’s name, number of participants, accommodation, travel dates in Miyako Island, and a contact method available on the day of the tour.

Guest Cancellations

If you cancel your booking for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

 

Cancellation Fees

• Up to 6 days before the tour: Free

• 5 to 3 days before the tour: 50% of the tour fee

• 2 days before the tour: 80% of the tour fee

• 1 day before the tour / On the day / No-show: 100% of the tour fee

 

This policy applies to cancellations made for personal reasons by the guest.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the organizer cancels the tour due to unsafe weather, strong winds, high waves, poor sea conditions, or a typhoon.

Payment of Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation fee applies, we may ask you to pay it by bank transfer, PayPal, or another available method.

If the cancellation fee is not paid, we may not be able to accept future bookings from you.

Cancellation Due to Weather or Sea Conditions

If the organizer determines that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a typhoon, severe weather, strong winds, high waves, or poor sea conditions, the tour will be canceled.

In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

When possible, we will discuss rescheduling or changing the program.

Typhoons and Flight Cancellations

If you are unable to participate due to a typhoon, flight cancellation, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, no cancellation fee will be charged.

However, if the organizer determines that the tour can be conducted safely and the guest chooses to cancel, the standard cancellation policy may apply.

 

Tour Decision

Weather and sea conditions in Miyako Island can change quickly.
The final decision may be made the day before or on the day of the tour.

Safety is our highest priority. We will decide whether to conduct the tour based on wind direction, wave height, tide, visibility, and the possibility of lightning.

The tour may still be held in light rain if sea conditions are safe.
